Apple Online Store Comes To Malaysia!
AT LAST!
We have our own official online Apple Store. It just opened 8am today and the local Mac community is abuzz with the news.
Here’s some of the services offered:
- Free iPod engraving (WOOT!)
- RM19 for gift wrap and card
- Free limited edition T-shirt with any Mac or iPod purchase (till Nov 24)
- Free shipping for purchases over RM250
- 1-3 business days for delivery
- Order tracking
- CC or bank transfer- have to call help line for acc number
- Login with .Mac account
- Help lines available in BM
Interestingly, in the shipping details, it’s mentioned that the stuff is shipped from the Apple Store in Singapore.
So it’s really the Singapore hub branching out to Malaysia. But it’s a start!
Good work Apple, now please bring me my iPhone 3G!
